Known Issues 

1) WiFi Not Connecting or Showing Limited Connection.

If your NOSH device is having trouble connecting to WiFi, follow these steps:

  • Check the Date & Time:-

    1. Swipe down the notification bar or swipe up to go to the NOSH home page.

    2. If the date and time are incorrect, go to Settings > System > Date&time > Reset Date and Time and update it.

  • If the Date & Time are Correct:

    1. Swipe up to go to the NOSH home page (pink screen).

    2. Go to Settings > Apps and long-press Nosh Device.

    3. Select App Info > Storage & Cache, then Clear both Storage and Cache.

    4. Go back, select Force Stop, then reopen the NOSH App.

​2) How to Clean and Maintain the Ingredients Tray?

 3) Water or Oil Not Dispensing

If water or oil isn’t coming out, try these steps:-

  1. Check if there’s an error message on the screen. If yes, press Retry.

  2. Remove the container completely and place it outside with the nozzle inside the liquid, then press Retry again.

  3. Take out the nozzle pipe and move it back and forth a few times before reinserting it into the container. Try dispensing again.

  4. Restart the machine and press Resume.

4) Specific Spices Are Not Dispensing

If some spices are not coming out, follow these steps:-

1) Make sure the spice boxes are filled and the spices aren’t stuck or clumped at the bottom.

2) Remove the spice tray and check the small wheels under the spice box.

3) Hold a bowl underneath and rotate the wheels manually until they turn smoothly.

4) Ensure there are no clumps blocking the spice flow.   

5) Stirrer Not Getting Detected 

If the stirrer isn’t detected during the component check, follow these steps:

1) Tap on the warning symbol.

2) Select the Skip option to proceed.

 6) Cleaning the Camera

To check and clean the camera lens:

1) Go to Settings and enter Service Mode (Password: 358515).

2) Click on Subassembly Check, then select Check Lens.

3) The screen will now display the camera view—inspect for any dirt or smudges and wipe the lens clean if necessary.

7) App Crashing Issue

If the app crashes and an error appears:

1) Tap on App Info.

2) Select Force Stop, then reopen the app.

3) If the issue persists, restart the machine and try again.
